If you are looking for a last minute gift for the photography lover in your life, you’ve come to the right place. I have a pulled together a list of gifts for each age that are bound to be a hit with anyone who is interested in photography or just loves taking pictures! I’ve included a lot of Amazon links, so that maybe you can grab something in time for Christmas (that is if you are like me and only half way through your shopping list!).

Newborns/Babies and New Moms: If you know a new Momma who loves photography or taking pictures of her kids, here are some great gift ideas. 1. Try gifting her with a blanket or wooden signs to make the perfect addition to those monthly photos Moms love to take during that sweet first year. 2. Or for expecting Moms try a beautiful new baby swaddle and sign bundle or this one. 3. There are a couple things on this list that are perfect for baby to enjoy as well like a cute camera teether or one you can personalize. Another fun option is the laugh & learn camera!

Little Kids: Kids love taking pictures, these little starter items would be great gifts for little ones who always want to use Momma’s phone to take photos or video. Give them the freedom to run around and capture the world around them without a hefty price tag.  1. For this age group a good kids digital camera (here is another) is usually a great bet, because most of the fun is actually taking the photo. They don’t necessarily need to see it in print. 2. Once they have a camera try using this fun scavanger hunt by turning it into a photo hunt, have them take photos when they find each of the items. 3. This pretend play camera doesn’t actually take photos but displays beautiful photos of animals and shares lots of fun facts about them. It is super educational and still has a fun photography twist!

Bigger Kids: This is great time to start learning some photography basics, see their photos in print, and have fun playing and being creative. 1. There are lots of great books out there to help kids learn the basics of photography including the one listed here and here. 2. Instant Cameras are a blast for kids who are a little bit older and want to see their photos printed and displayed around their room. 3. Include some fun accessories to go with the camera! 4. Make them feel official with a fun camera strap! There are super cute options for both instant and digital cameras!

Teens and Adults: I could go on and on with gift ideas for teens or the adult photography enthusiast as there are so many options from cameras to accessories to learning. If you are looking for something fun but a bit smaller try this prism or a camera lens coffee mug. 5. This one is definitely a hot item, especially for the teens… a selfie light is fun and useful! 6.
